Help updating reflect recent changes

As far as I can tell, the actual files are being backed up properly. It's just the status line on the main File History page that's not updating to reflect the fact.In that box, the "Last Backup Date" is correct (i.e., it's updating even though the date on the main page isn't).If I select that existing backup from that new box and say OK, I get a popup that asks: "Do you want to use this drive for File History again? To restore those files, you'll need to reselect the drive you last used." Of course, this is the ONLY drive I've ever used for File History and the "Last Backup Date" in that box I just came from shows it's currently being backed up (even though the main page hasn't been updating the fact).id=38188) while I was at it, as well as updating Nu Get and installing the Ajax Control Toolkit from there.

It contains pages that are not articles, or it groups articles by status rather than subject.Under Windows 8 Pro | Control Panel | File History, the date in the "Files Last Copied On" line doesn't change.Clicking on "Run Now" causes the light on the backup drive to flash, but the date doesn't change. - If I click on "Restore Personal Files" in the left border, it opens a window showing the files "File History" has backed up.Since that point, any changes I make in ANY of my files in the project no longer update without exiting IIS and restarting it. Rebuild of entire solution does not reflect changes.

New, very basic aspx or html files in the project do the same thing. Closing and reopening browser does not reflect changes. Creating a brand new empty web site and the problem persists.I am using Visual Studio 2012 Express, IIS Express, .NET 4.0, C# code-behind, files are on an intranet file system (mapped to x:), separate from my actual production hosting server.I have been working on a new intranet site for a few weeks now, and everything has worked as expected.
